Pub quiz
Last night I met up with some people to do a pub quiz. As Jesse put it, the quiz tends to be a bit Anglo-centric. We did... medium. Here are Jesse and Eve trying to come up with a plausible name for an English soap opera star:

I hate to obsess over these name variations, but "pub quiz" is so much better than "bar trivia."
Diana Wethersby (downtrodden maiden)
Windsor Windsor (her adoring suitor)
Amelia Easterling, her conniving rival.
Simon Favisham, the foolish vicar.
Imogen Wethersby, Diana's sensible sister and confidante.
Maximillian Mallard, a pompous civil servant.
Comte de Milieu, a mysterious and seductive diplomat.
Joseph Barley, her faithful protector, who pines for Imogen.
Okay,I'm out. Who's next?
Interesting. I've also done a pub quiz with Jesse and Eve. We lost to the same father-son duo that wins all the time, but it was good fun.
