A milestone, sort of
I’ve had my camera since Christmas of 2005. And last night, without realizing it (until this morning), I took my two-thousandth picture. Woo! Had I realized it was such a momentous occasion, I might’ve tried to take a better picture. As it was, I just lay the camera on a bar and pushed the button:

I actually think that this landmark photo captures the style of the artiste; however, a full discussion of the aesthetics of our heroic photographer is beyond what can be described in a single comment. Congratulations to you and your plucky optical companion!
