It worked out badly for Tom Cruise
Yesterday at work we got an e-mail, directed at those of us who travel outside the UK at least twice a month, about a new immigration system at Heathrow. Am I way too paranoid? Is it wrong that I find this to be kind of creepy?

Huh. We didn't get that email. Guess that means we can't leave the office, ever.
It worked out badly for that poor slob in Demolition Man, too.
And, my third observation is that this was supposed to be rolled out in spring of 2005. Isn't it spring of 2006 now? Hmm ...
I've tried to post this comment several times, last shot at it.
The FAQ section of the IRIS website deals with the important question "does it hurt?"
I am scared by government programs where the pain factor is a "frequently asked question".
