War, what is it good for?

This weekend, among other things, I went to the Imperial War Museum. First we had to find it. Sometimes it’s hard to know when you’ve found the right building.

It is a bit hard to find, but well worth it, wouldn't you agree? This was one of my favorite places in London -- we went back three times in one week. The Blitz experience, the recreated WWII-era British home, the Great Escapes exhibit, the trench warfare experience, all very first class. Oddly enough, it seems to be one of the lesser-known places in London. I'm glad you were able to squeeze it in to your busy schedule, and I hope you liked it as well as I did.
