More about the sun

A couple of days ago, there was a total eclipse of the sun. People all over the world were awash with the excitement.

But it was less exciting in London. Here, the sun is eclipsed almost every day:

It's hard to describe how gorgeous the Tidal Basin is today in DC. It took over an hour to get about two miles because everyone from Montana is crossing the street to go from one tree to the next. The Cherry trees are fantastic, though. "Made in Japan"

As long as we're doing world weather, today is the first day of the year in NYC when we'll get over 70 degrees. It's a lovely day...to spend in an office.

However, I remember the song fondly. Wasn't it a #1 hit for like 2,000 weeks in the 1980s?
