Saving my parents the inconvenience of an international phone call.
Eh, we’re all on Verizon now—my parents don’t even have to use up minutes to talk to me.

you know, I was crossing the Gowanus once,, looked down, and I swore I could see the back end of a car through the murk. That must be the single most polluted body of water I've ever seen.
