My brother’s handiwork
The holidays are over, people are trickling back, work is becoming more steady. But to prolong the season for me and my three readers, here’s a picture of my brother, proudly posing by the smoked salmon he decorated for Christmas day:
He didn’t let me touch it until at least one of mom’s sibling’s families had arrived.

Cucumbers? I thought it was guacamole--but that doesn't make a lot of sense, does it...
Cucumbers, caviar, capers, red onions, etc. It was wonderful. Family arrived soon after photo!
